| Lauren: extend your arm palm up and use your opposite hand to pull your fingers down to toward the ground. get a stretch on the inside of the elbow. |

| Curtis: I don't get why many people are saying Ana's SI shoot was bad. OK, some of the yellow bikini, net pics were but the rest of it was totally HOT! Especailly the pink pics. Not sure what people are exactly expecting. |
| mina: relax curtis, it's not that bad :) she's all sorts of hot, awkward poses and all. i like the one in pink, the net one, not so much. |
| C Note: Also remember that whereas SI chose the best pics for B-Decks, they decided to post a crapload of Ana without selecting the best ones. If they were just to post 5, I'm sure they would seem better. But there are some awkward ones in there. |
