Twyla: Anyone reading any fabulous books lately?

Ladybug: I just finished (and loved!) Stolen by Lucy Christopher. Its about a girl who's abducted from an airport to the Australian desert. I found it really raw and emotional, and also alternatively beautiful

Mara: The Haunting Of Alaizabel Cray by Chris Wooding rocked. It's been so long since I read a book that was actually creepy.

Gabriel: I've been reading Catalyst by Laurie Halse Anderson. I love her writing. She's so witty.

Twyla: Stolen makes me think of Living Dead Girl by Elizabeth Scott. That was a wonderful raw book. I loved it.

Ladybug: Raw - THAT was the word I was trying to use to describe Stolen - yeah tis very raw and kinda confronting in a way. I luv how the author winds in that powerful connection with the desert - very unusual
